From one year to the next….

 In one of her poems Bahinabai says poignantly. 

‘आला सास, गेला सास, जीवा तुझं रे तंतर,

अरे जगनं-मरनं एका सासाचं अंतर!’

One breath comes in and leaves and the next one follows. That’s what Life is all about. Life and Death are separated by merely one breath ! 

That’s how I feel when we move from one year to the next. One moment we are here, the next moment we are into a new year. In this fleeting passage of time we need take a fresh look at everything around us and to build up on character and strength so that each of our lives become 

meaningful and happy. 

With this prayer I wish you all a very Happy New Year !!
