A Saturday in spring

Springtime is just too good to stay at home on weekends. The week goes by at work and by Friday evening I’m hatching plans for a road trip. This time sadly nothing worked out. It was too cold and even though I didn’t mind to go despite the chill my family was not keen. Earlier part of the saturday was spent cleaning the home and cooking.  Evening was for Gangubai Kathiawadi. I find Alia Bhatt adorable and spontaneous in her acting. Enjoyed the movie. Missed the mountains and road but a clean house at the end of day was good compensation. Tomorrow is another day. 

A podmini cotton saree from Assam in denim blue with orange threadwork on the pallu made its debut today to the movie. The sunset skies played a good sport matching the colors.
