Ganapati Bappa Moraya 🙏🏼

 

Today Tuesday January 10th 2023 is a special day. The only Angaraki Sankashti Chaturthi in 2023.

On occasion of this there will be throngs of devotees at Ganapati temples everywhere. They will go with devotion to meet their beloved god. The remover of obstacles and bestower of happiness. 

One needs to understand however that like in any relationship there is a give and take. We go to seek blessings and carry fruits and flowers as offerings, sometimes money and valuables. These are good tokens but they do not match the wealth that we seek back from the Lord. Praying must be akin to renewing wedding vows, not making a business transaction. You be with me always and I promise to be with you forever. You grant me your grace and I promise to work on my weaknesses. You show me the Light and I will keep striving for wisdom and knowledge. 

My wishes for all to attain happiness and fulfillment on this special occasion of Angaaraki Chaturthi. May the blessings of Ganapati be upon all 🙏🏼🙏🏼
