When you know, you know.
Just posted the thoughts on a lovely Marathi song while on the subject of holding image of someone in the mind. As I was going back and dwelling on the thought of having love for the creator in the heart and simultaneously recognizing Him in the visible world the lines of another song stood up in the mind. This one is in Hindi. It was written by the lyricist Javed Akhtar for the movie 1942 A Love Story.
Kuchh na kaho
Kuchh bhi na kaho
Kya kehna hain
Kya sunna hain
Mujhko pata hain
Tumko pata hain
Samay ka yeh pal
Tham sa gaya hain
Aur is pal mein
Koi nahi hain
Bas ek mai hoon
Bas ek tum ho…….
Kuchh na kaho
Kuchh bhi na kaho….
Don’t say a word.
Don’t say anything.
What’s there to say
Or to listen being said
(Whatever matters)I know it
And you know it.
This moment in Time
Seems to have come to a standstill.
In this moment there is noone there
Just me
And just you.
Don’t say a word.
Don’t say anything.
In the context of the discussion in the last post, these lines say what needs to be understood.
I will therefore leave it at that. Not a word more.
